I need to be at Shenzhen Bao'An airport by 8AM, which ferry do I take from Hong Kong?

No ferry available at that time. To catch such an early flight, you’re suggested to reach SZ a day earlier.
You can take East Rail line from Hung Hom to Lo Wu and then cross the border to Luohu. There you can take shuttle bus line 2 to Bao'an Airport. Or you can directly take a cross-border coach to the airport directly and stay nearby. The getting-on sites include Kowloon and Tsim Sha Tsui.0
