Question

If we landed on terminal 2 in CQ Airport and the next flight goes from terminal 1, how we do if we dont have a transit visa, and what happens to the luggage?whats the rules for 24hour transit visa or is it 72 hour transit visa free. we want to go outside the Airport for a living 1 night on a hotel nearby the Airport.thanks for an fast answerregards Tony

Hey, for the transit from T2 to T1, you can take the free terminal shuttle bus to reach. And no transit visa is needed for this journey. As I know, if you use the same airline for the whole trip or hold the through ticket, you can have the luggage check-through service. Then you don't need to handle your luggage on your own. Otherwise, you have to collect and reclaim your luggage. If you stay in the city not more than 24 hours, you can apply for a stay permit, with which you will be allowed to leave the airport. To use the 72h visa free policy, you have to has the route of international area  - CQ - another international area.
