Validity time for afiadavit of single status for Canadian

I had my affidavit of single status notarized and certified in my Canadian province. It was then certified by the Chinese Consulate. How long is it valid for in Guangdong? If it is 3 months from notarization I will be too late now so I am worried, if it is 3 months from Chinese Consulate certification then there is still a little time, and if of course it is 6 months then I can relax. I see different numbers of months when I do searches.
