I hope to travel to Guangzhou early in Decenber.

Is it permissable to take my electric mobilty scooter with me, or can I hire one there.

It depends on the size. If it is in a large sized, you cannot take it with you for boarding. If it is a small one or foldable one, it is possible. The policy said that the necessity like wheel chair is OK.
