U need visa international card. Can i get it . if i get it which card is best for me.how much the cost of transaction. Pls tell me you also can mail me  i am very wooried pls help me

Nadeem, I guess you need a debit card, right? You'd better visit some banks and ask the staff to introduce one to you. According to what I know, there is no single visa or master debit card in China. Chinese banks just issue Union and Visa, Union and Master dual-currency cards. The transaction fee is different because each bank has its own charge standard.
