Transit visa for Iranian national

I am an Iranian passport holder. I am travelling from Dubai to Auckland via Hong Kong. Do I require a transit visa?
What is the fee that I need to pay and how long will it take for the Transit visa to be ready?

If you do not leave the transit area in the airport, you do not need a Transit G. If you want to leave the airport, you need to apply that and the fee is 84HKD and it takes around 4 to 6 weeks to get it.
