required papers for Visa to china

i am Syrian citizen, i live now in turkey-Bursa . can i apply for it in Istanbul? and what the required papers?
my visit for business , my partner in china can provide me with an invitation letter.
and i visited china for business more than 5 time in the past. thanks.
