a foreign high school student acquiring a visa

Hello, so I'm an Indonesian in Beijing. Im still in high-school and my parents are back in Indonesia. Is it gonna be hard for a to acquire a tourist L type on my own?

Since you are still under 18 years old, you can hardly get the Tourist L on your own. You study in Beijing? If so, you may have a resident permit to live in China legally, right? If so, you can just travel around China without applying a new Tourst  L.
