How to go to Kubuqi desert from Hohhot?

Please recommend by train or bus and taxi from Baotou.

How much does I pay approximately for all cost in desert? example; camel ,cable, entrance ticket

You can take bus from Hohhot to Dalad Banner. From there you can take a taxi to the Kubuqi Desert.

From Baotou, you can take a bus from Donghe Bus Station or Erlvshe Bus Station to Dalad Banner. Then take a taxi there. Actually, the desert is around 49mi from Baotou, so you can also hire a private car to reach.

For all cost in desert, I suggest you prepare at least CNY1,000 in case.
