Hai, i'm planning to get visa on arrival at Shenzhen. But planning to go to chengdu, shanghai, sezhou also. Can i use VOA? Thanks.

The VOA can only be used in Shenzhen city downtown. If you want to go to other cities, you need to apply a single entry Tourist L in advance. BTW, it is not assured that you can get the VOA currently, so you are suggested to apply for a Tourist L to avoid troubles.
