About:Chinese Consulate in Montreal

My Daughter has a Canadian passport issued in Toronto. Can she apply for China visa in Montreal?

My daughter is a full time student in Montreal with a Canadian passport issued in Toronto. She has her passport with her in Montreal. I am wondering if she can apply for the tourist L to China in Montreal? Does she need an invitation letter because she doesn't have hotel booking.

Since she is a student in Montreal, she can try to apply in Montreal with her student proof.
If she does not have a hotel bookings, she needs to have an invitation letter.
