may i know if i travel in Chongqing (free and easy) with my friend, not with any tour, is it safety?

Oh, don't worry about this. Lots of foreigners visit this city every year.
It's safe for you to tour around with your friends as long as you obey the laws in China.

It is very safe and nice city! People there r very friendly. do not go to the bar for girls, it will very dangerous for you.
