Good Meeting Place at PEK in the International Arrival Hall for a family arriving separately?

We are a family of 3 all arriving by different airlines to BJ Airport. Where is the best place in the International Arrivals Hall to meet . It has to be obvious and we are not mandarin speakers. Is there free WIFI at the airport? Thank you.
