good meeting place at pek in the international arrival hall for a family arriving

We are a family of 3 all arriving by different airlines to BJ Airport. Where is the best place in the International Arrivals Hall to meet . It has to be obvious and we are not mandarin speakers. Is there free WIFI at the airport? Thank you.

In the arrival halls, there are Hotel Inquiry Counter and Inquiry Counter, you can settle to meet there, the counter is obvious and there are English directions. And there are WIFI you can use.
