About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Hi my fiance is traveling from the uk to cebu via hongkong with a 20hrs layover?

Is there any place he could sleep within the facility?

Anf if he does decide to just go out and see HK for a while is he allowed to go out and just come back once its time to go?

Thanks

Personally speaking, he can have a sleep in the Pay-in Lounge at Level 3, Ground Transportation Centre.
If he has the UK passport, he is allowed to go out for a short visiting and back to the airport later.
