About:Best Time to Visit Beijing

I am to BJ in late dec is it ok to play outdoor play ground?

According to the weather records, it is usually cold and dry at that time in BJ, the average temp is about 38 Fahrenheit degree. It will be a bit cold to stay outdoors. But it would be fine if you have some sports. Just wear warm.
