You need to change your employer first. After you change your job, you will get a new work permit. Then you can use your new work permit, original Registration Form of Temporary Residence from your district’s PSB, copies of your new employer’s Business License,
Application letter from new company with company stamp, the Employment Registration Form and your passport to apply at your local Exit-Entry Adminstration Bureau.

What if your changing employer from different province? Do you need to go all the way to the new place to apply for the transfer?

Since you want to transfer between different provinces, you need to have a release letter from your former employer.

Then you will need to prepare your contract with the new employer. You can give the two documents to your new employer and they will help you to get the work permit.

Thank you very much! Please i still have one more question. I hope you dont mind... :)
what about the cancelled work permit from current employer? Is it another requirement or just the contract and release letter is enough to start the process of paperwork?
I asked because my current employer cant cancell the working permit before the contract ends.

It does not matter if the current work permit cannot be cancelled by your current employer. The release letter and the new contract are enough for get a new work permit.
