Lost and found at Shanghai Puodng Airport

I left a bag on a flight into Shanghai last week and would like to find out if it has been handed in, there isn't much in it but a hat that has sentimental value! We have tried the airline already but they said we will need to try ask you. Is there an email address for the lost and found at PVG?
