Please suggest which hotel to stay in city center in Chengdu with family during December 19 - 23?

May I know what your budget is? So I can give you a proper suggestion. Anyway, you may consider staying in Jinjiang Inn, which has several branches in the city. It has relatively good facilities and the accommodation fee is cheap.
