Going straight from hong kong airport, can big buddha be reach by taxi?

Yes, you can take a taxi to reach exactly, but it will cost much. You can take a taxi to Tung Chung, near which you can take bus no. 23 to the Big Buddha directly in around 45min.0

Of course. And the taxi may take less, maybe half an hour and the cab fare is 205HKD or a little bit more. You can only take the Lantau taxi as I know.0
