You can go to Jianghan Road pedestrian street. This street has many clothing stores that sell many kinds of winter clothes and boots with good quality and reasonable price.
It's located at no.134, Jianghan Road, Jianghan District.
You can go and see. :-)

Well, I would recommend the Hanzheng Street in Qiaokou District to you. You will find clothing wholesale market there.
