About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

We have a stop in guangzhou on out trip to new zealand For 15 hours. Need a visa?

Do we need a visum to visit the country for a couple of hours that day? We arrive at 7 in the morning and leave at 12 in the evening.

Since you just have 15 hous in Guangzhou, it is not needed. If you want to leave the airport, you just need to apply for a stay permit to enter the city at the airport.
