i am a pakistani citizen now i am in united state on visit can i get china visit permit from USA

i am a pakistani citizen i have been visted china in 2011 now i am in united state can i get china visit type from usa

You go to China for visiting in 2011?
Based on the latest information, individual pakistan is not allowed to tour around China and they need to join a tour group to visit China. You can try to contact the embassy/consulate in USA for consulting this issue.
