Traveling from Japan to Egypt through Beijing Capital Airport

I am an Egyptian passport holder traveling to Egypt from Osaka, Japan and I have to stop at Beijing Capital Airport for about 6 hrs to take my next flight to Cairo, Egypt. My daughter (less than 1 year) was born here in Japan and has only Traveling document, issued by Egyptian Embassy in Japan. Do I need to have Egyptian passport for my daughter to only stay in Beijing Capital Airport with her parents or the traveling document is enough? Thank you

Personally speaking, you are suggested to apply for an ordinary passport for your daughter to make sure. Or you can consult both Chinese embassy in Japand and Egyptian embassy in Japan for consulting the range of application of the traveling document.
