Canadians need visa at Hong Kong international airport but going by ferry to Zhuhai

We have Canadian friends (holding Canadian passports) arriving from Jakarta this month so they are unable to get a visa from their home country. They require a visa to get onto the Ferry to ZH China, is there someplace they can get one at the airport in Hong Kong?
