Transit permit for a Filipina.

Hi, just want to ask.. i'm a Filipina.. I'll be going home by December and have a 20hr stop over in Guanzhou.. Am I entitled to get transit permit? Dubai to Guangzhou to Philippines.

I'm a filipina, currently working here in Dubai And I'll be going home on December for a vacation in Philippines.
