About:Shenzhen Travel

Lo Wu MTR station

I'm from Canada actually in Shenzhen taking the plane in HK tomorrow at 11 am. I want to go from Lo wu Station all the way to airport by MTR. says the trip takes 84 minutes. At what time the Lo Wu custom opens ? ( I already have my visa) can i pass like everybody else or it opens later ? thanks for answering fast i'm going tomorrow !!

Hi Marina, Not sure my little advice is of any help. I just came in today to SZ from HK. Believe the immigration center closes from 00.00 hrs to 06.00 hrs every day. If you know SZ Rly station, the immigration counter is over there (Opp Shangrila Hotel). If you are early in the morning, you can complete the immigration procedures in 30 min time and the travel time may be about an hour and half. Alternatively you have options to try the direct bus. The customs in Lo Wu opens around 06:30 as I know. You can take train there and transfer to MTRs to HKIA for your plane. Hope this is not too late for you.

Lived it for myself this morning, even if on the website it says open at 5:45, it opens at 6:30, i was at the airport at 8:10 without a problem but thanks
