You mean you will fly from Beijing to Yangoon via Kunming?
If so, you are not able to enjoy the 72-hour free transit since you land in two Chinese cities. Since your total transfering time is over 24 hours, you are unable to enjoy the 24-hour free transit, neither. So you need to have a Transit G for your transfering.
