About:Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year in Beijing 2015 - any problem with transportion and food

Hi,

We are planning a visit to Beijing during Chinese New Year from 18/Feb ~22/Feb 2015, will we have problem getting a taxi from airport to city around 8.30pm as most people will be home having reunion dinner at that time?

What are the food stall or restaurants that will open during Chinese New Year period 18~22/Feb.

If you reach the city at around 20:00, the taxi may be easier to take, since most of people already reached their homes.
On Feb 18, only a few restaurants will open, so you may need to eat in your hotel. From Feb 19 to Feb 22, more and more restaurants will open, but most of them will close early in the New Year Time.
