About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

We are carrying duty free from our international inbound flight.

One bottle of whisky has been opened. We have been told we can't take an open bottle on internal flights? Is this true even though we have been in the country for several days?

Steve, duty-free products are usually well-packed, especally cosmetics and liquids. They shouldn't be opened when you board the plane. You may try if you can pack them well and put in your checked luggage. If not, I am afraid that you need to deal with your whisky properly.
