About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Tickets collection at Shanghai Pudong Airport

I am visiting Shanghai in Dec'2014, i wish to book bullet train tickets from Shanghai to Hangzhou , can i collect the tickets at Shanghai Pudong airport since my flight will arrive Pudong Airport? do i need special request or pre arrangement for collection of tickets at Pudong train ticket office ?

You can not collect the ticket at the ticket office in pudong airport. The ticket booked online, can only be collect at railway station. Thus you need to go the railway station first. For the collection, you need the e ticket number and all the passengers' passport.

You can search for the rail you need on the website first, and click the "book" and fill in the passenger information. TCG will contact you by email after receiving your booking and guide you to finish the process.
