About:Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport

I will arrive in Hangzhou on 13 Nov at 1930hrs

Is the shuttle bus to HZ railway station still available..and how reach zhejiang railway hotel...thank.

Yes, there still has airport shuttle bus at that time.
After upon landing, take airport shuttle bus (Pinghai Line) to the Railway Station. Then just walk to the hotel directly.
