how to go from ningbo airport to yiwu in the evening after 1900hrs

I'm afraid no public transportation is in service for that route after 19:00. It is highly recommended to stay in NB city for a night and head for Yiwu in the next day. You can catch a train or take a direct bus at the local Central Bus Station.
