Chinese bank English service in Shanghai

Hello,
I am a new expat in the city and would like to know a major Chinese bank (ICBC, BOC, CCB, ABC) location that has English speaking staff who can assist me. (Opening an account etc.)

Oh, don't worry about that.
Generally speaking, the staff of the banks you mentioned before can handle basic English conversation. They will help you to fill in the form, confirm your information and finally open an account. :)
