About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Residence Permit for Foreigner

Hi I m leaving my Chinese employer this Dec 2014.
My related residence permit for foreigner is valid till June 2015. Can I stay in China till then?

If your employer does not cancel your resident permit, you can still live in China till your permit expires.
