Visa China for Sweden people in Russia

Hi, I am travelling to China via the Trans- Mongolian railway, Moscow to Beijing, starting October 28. Is it possible to arrange a tourist L (urgent) for a Swedish citizen when in Moscow?

It is possible to apply for a Tourist L in Moscow with your valid passport, an application form with a recent taken photo, your proof of legal status in Russia, your round trip tickets to China and hotel bookings.
