About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

travel to china and HK/Macau

Hello

Me (holding Mainland Chinese passport, on Temporary Resident Visa) and my partner (holding Australian passport) are traveling to China in February next year

We are flying to Beijing from Perth, and staying in Beijing for few days. Then fly from Beijing to Guangzhou, and will stay in Guangzhou for a week or so. Then will travel from Guangzhou to Hong Kong and Macau, and stay in there for few days and go to Guangzhou and stay Guangzhou or a few days. We will then finally fly from Guangzhou back to Perth

Could you please advise me what kind of visa do we need for our journey?

Also, how much the cost would be for each application and how long does it normally takes or how many days do we need to apply in advance?

Thank you very much

Since you have a Chinese mainland passport, you can just use your passport. For your partner, a single entry Tourist L is needed.

For a single entry Tourist L, the fee is 98.5 Australia Dollars and it takes around 4 working days. You are suggested to apply it around one month in advance.
