Can a Person with a Candian Passport renew his F visa for in the embassy of china in the Philippines?? For multiple entry.

Annie, it's not Renew your F type. In fact, you just apply for a new one. However, I am afraid that you may not apply for it successfully in Philippines. According to the embassy, those who apply in Philippines must provide their valid proof for legally staying in Philippines for employment or study. It's better to get back to Canada and apply there.
