I want to know whether along with passport, jw202 and admission letter is also required for ticket

If i am going to some university to study in a group. And i have a consultant. If the consultant is arranging for yhe tickets. Would he require my jw202 and admission letter to get a discount on students ticket or for getting extra luggage weight?
