help with tracking my two pacels.

dear all, could you help me track these two packages:
RI188273300CN
RI173957869CN
it looks like they arrived in Ireland but i do not understand why they have not been delivered to my location

It seems that your first parcel (RI188273300CN) is in Guangzhou Airport waiting to depart for Ireland.
Your second parcel (RI173957869CN) is in Shenzhen and is being dispatched to Guangzhou Airport.

You may try to contact China Post at 8610 11185. But I don't think you may get a satisfying answer. You'd better ask your sender to help you. He should be responsible for your parcels.

hi Anna, do you think that they are still in china then? because when i tried to track them, to me it looked like they were in dublin, was i mistaken?

Your first one already left China for Ireland. However, your second one is still in Shenzhen. There is no sign that it will leave China.
