The most economical sea transportation is by surface mail. The rate of parcels within 1kg is CNY88.8 and that of each additional 1kg is CNY15. The weight limit is 20kg.
EUB parcels (weight limit: 2kg) are available to Australia. Parcels within 500g is charged handling fee of CNY25 each piece and CNY 0.08 each gram. Parcels over 500g up to 2kg, the handling fee is CNY 30 each piece and CNY 0.08 each gram.
The maximum length is 1.05 meters. The length + circumference should be 2 meters or less.

My understanding;
Maximum sea parcel weight 20kg (sea surface parcel mail)
Maximum parcel length <1.05m
Minimum rate within 1kg is CNY88.8 and thereafter every additional 1kg is CNY15
For example
Parcel dimensions 1m (L) x 0.5m (W) x 0.5 (H) is within the sea parcel limit allowance.
Parcel weight: 16kg = CNY88.8 + (15kg x CNY15) = CNY313.8

Kindly advise my understanding correct !!

My regards,
Lawrence.
