What are the opening hours and is the time for the tour at Labrang Monastry?

Hello
We want to visit the Labrang Monastery on the Weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
When is the Monastery open? And at what time are the monks offering an English speaking tour?

The monastry opens from 08:00 to 18:00. I only saw the monks provide free Chinese tour guide and for the English one, it is a not very clear.
