Dear Sir/Madam,i will com from iran and i want go to jinjiang and YW how can i go those two city with economy and fast (because i stay only 5days in china)trip and come back to beijing for internatinal fly?

Well, it's undoubt that plane is the fastest transportation between Beijing and these two places. There are many direct flights at Beijing International Airport. If by plane, it will take around 2 hours to go to YW. And it will take about 3 hours to arrive in Jinjiang. Then you will have enough time to appreciate the beautiful scenery of these cities. :)
