About:China Customs Declaration

What related documents are needed when declaring amounts in excess of $5,000 to Customs on entry?

are such excess amounts subject to some form of duty?

You need to take a proof to show the money are legal and you need to apply for a certificate to take that much to enter China.

You nneed to declare when passing the immigration. There is no rules for the duty issue.
