About:Marriage Registration in China

Hello, I am Shawn from Washington State, USA going to China to marry a Chinese resident.

I have my ID, My birth certifcate, My recent divorce papers. I have to send away to get my visa again. The China Consulant is in California. What else will I have to do before booking the flight and heading to China.

For application, nothing more is needed if you use an invitation letter to apply.

For getting register in China, you still need to have a single status certificate and get your divorce papers as well as the single status ceritificate authenticated in the Chinese consulate in California.
