About:China Postal Service

I sent a parcel from Beijing to France on 29th August and it didn't arrive yet.

My tracking number: CP272989372CN It was sent to Guangzhou, then sent back to Beijing, looks like it's stuck there. What can I do now? Thank you in advance.

Beatriz, your parcel didn't go through the customs successfully. I think you should ask the sender for help immediately.
