Xiamen airport to longyan then to changting

Hi, I am from singapore and wanted to visit my father hometown in changting. I have gather some informations on how to go about it but know only how to get to xiamen airport,from there , I have no idea how to proceed on, any recommendation on how to proceed on or any good tour group I can enquire with.
