Is there buses available during night? Or have to use TAXI. Are TAXIS safe at night. How much would it cost by Taxi

Yes, shuttle bus line 7 runs from the airport to the west station, the last one start from the airport in 1:00am (the next day). You can catch it if hurry up. If by taxi, make sure that you take official taxi from the taxi stand, that would be safe. It would cost CNY140.
