About:China Visa Application Requirements

If general requirement paragraph 4 applies (name difference between previous and current passport)

'In case your name on the current passport differs from that on the previous one, an official document of name change is required.'

what does the official document needs to be?

This 4th part is only valid those who join UK nationality but their orginal nationality is Chinese.

In China, after a person change their name, they will get a document from the local PSB to prove that he/she has changed the name. The official document here means that one get from PSB.
