About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

How to get Chinese Visa for business trip in Hongkong for Lebanese passport residing in dubai.

do he still need to get it if he wants to go direct to china if he is in Hongkong?

He still needs to apply a business type for visiting China mainland. You can try to apply one through the local tour agency, but it is not assured that you can get it in the end. Anyway, good luck with u~
