About:FAQ on China Postal Service

stuck in "Departure from outward office of exchange"

It's already been a month since my package is stuck in "Departure from outward office of exchange". What does this mean? It already left the country or not?

It may not leave the country if it is said so. Usually, before a parcel left the county, it was first sent to the airport.
